Creative Dance sessions with Helen Stirland

This is a movement warm up incorporating stretching, coordination and energizing exercises with a short dance routine to a variety of styles of music.Its all about dancing for yourself in the comfort of your own home!

These sessions will be upbeat, joyous and fun. Participants will have the opportunity to influence music choice and we hope this will give space and time for people to ‘loose themselves’ in the music, really feel free and let go of worries and stress.

No previous experience is necessary. Wear comfortable clothing and water to drink.

Participants will be asked to fill out a short health questionnaire.

The Dance sessions will take place on Mondays from 2.00pm to 3.00pm.  They will be held on the following dates:
